Utility designed specifically for processing the NALDATA file.

Input file is a variable field length fixed width record.

To run ParseNALDATA.exe copy it to you C:\ drive and double click
the file.  The dialog will prompt for two user inputs.
	Location of NALDATA ex: C:\NALDATA
	Folder to Place NALDATA.csv ex: C:\Temp
Enter the appropriate information in the boxes and click Process.

ParseNALDATA will process the file for about ten minutes and will output
a comma separated file that is easily imported into common database programs
such as Microsoft Access, Filemaker, SQL Server.
